At last I'm making some progress in the weight loss stakes. I have changed how I consume my oil. Starting last night I'm now mixing it with half a pint of water.

On a drunken New Years Eve, I accepted a challenge to write a blog. Each month I would pick a self help book, follow it to the best of my ability,work out what fits with my life, what can easily be modified to fit and what falls away never to be seen again. Not only will I get to experience first hand whether Self-Help works, or whether my money would be better spent elsewhere, hopefully, I'll get to the heart of what it really takes to improve myself. And I invite you to watch and learn with me.
This month, we will be looking at David Allen's Getting Things Done, a methodology for organising your life and increasing your productivity.
In January we examined Seth Roberts' Shangri-la Diet. Which I found quite successful
